You don’t look at a clown and wonder if they’re married, have a partner, or crave intimacy because clowns are merely a humorous prospect. We don’t think of their humanness, we just think of them as a show and we laugh. What are they beyond that? Beyond Balloon animals and makeup? Do they want to feel love? can others see past the jokes and the cheap tricks? are others able to look past the comedic context of the clown and see the beauty I see?
